I'm really having a hard time figuring out dinner on the Whole 30. I have meals planned for the week and realize I'm having mostly salads, and my family is getting really tired of that. Tonight is chicken and probably salad, tomorrow is taco salad, but I did buy tortillas for my husband and son since they're not doing Whole 30. I like veggies, so I'd like to try some other veggies side dishes, but my family won't eat them. I just need to make those things for myself and if they try it they do, if they don't they don't and I'll have leftovers. :) At least my daughter doing this with me and my husband trying to be healthier leaves only my son to complain.

Well, I'm off to work and try to come up with some new and exciting dinners for next week. :) Have a great Thursday!
