It looks like this month went pretty well for my fitness goals. With the exception of the week our grant application was due, I did 3-4 workouts a week. It feels so good to know that I haven't jumped off the band wagon you know. I'm still focused on health and fitness. All while doing enjoyable things like pilates and dance, which bring me so much happiness.

And to know that intermittent fasting is also repairing my insides from years of dieting. I'm losing the subcutaneous fat, the dangerous fat that surrounds my internal organs. I feel so blessed.

Thank you God for the determination you have given to strive for health, happiness, and balance.
