Well, this week should be interesting. My boss (CPA) is starting to show signs of stress from tax season...which sucks on my end! lol Not to mention he has the added stress of his wife taking chemo treatments for breast cancer. She is half way through her chemo treatments, thankfully, and is doing well. However, when the boss is stressed he gets REALLY cranky, which in turn makes me nervous. And, when I'm nervous, I usually try to deal with it via food. So, this week I am going to work on NOT eating when I'm NOT hungry and paying attention to nervous eating. Also gonna work on drinking my water today. I did get a little nap on Saturday, due to the lag from daylight savings time, so hopefully this week my body will get back into sync. I was surprised to hear how many people were grumpy and irritable this last week. I'm sure it has something to do with the moon and the eclipse we had not too long ago. At any rate, could use a little extra prayers this week. I need to start focusing on LOSING weight, not just keeping myself from gaining!
