Are you 5’? I’m 5’3” and have a short torso. I find that I easily gain around my middle and now my lower back. You’ve done very well trimming those places up for sure!! (I had light lipo-1# moved up- of the tummy for reconstruction/grafting and your tummy is just about like mine! I would be proud of that 😉 doing it all the hard way!) I also have a more flexible diet now. Much easier to maintain. I’d rather have some foods I like and eat a bit less rather than eat a lot of stuff I dislike and restrict all foods that I love. Do you find that you lose from top down and bottom up at the same time? Leaving the middle until last...

Peeperjj I am 5 foot 0 inch tall, and yes this upper-body fat has been the last part to lose , I am wearing size 3-0 jeans and shorts, and s-xs shirts, and I look slim because I have small frame , but I still have a little bit of body fat to lose. This is a slow process. Plus I am eating the amount of calories to lose weight slowly.
