Completely blew the weekend with my eating. I ate so much junk, I don't even want to weigh in tomorrow to see where I'm at. I got my workouts in the last couple of days so hopefully I can keep on track there. Part of the reason I ate so much was having people over for the football game, and for some reason I feel the need to make and eat brownies and eat too much dinner and chips and dip and then eat the leftovers all weekend. We're having people over again this weekend, so I'm thinking about trying to make something healthier to snack on, veggie and fruit trays with some low cal dips maybe. There's something in me that when we host anything I always eat way too much, but if we go to someone else's house I don't eat much at all. Now, I'm worried about the holidays.
One day at a time. I will do better during the week and hopefully keep the gain at a minimum for now. My goal is to get a workout in every day except my rest day this week. I can do it!!
