feel like shit last couple days..pigged out late last night on freakin bread sticks!!!(whole wheat)..lost count of how many.. was waiting for my son to come home..not going too weigh myself until weekend..didnt even feel like exercising today.. even the beach for a swim..CANNOT get into one of my ruts again..its a very vicious cycle...
