I need to drop 14 kg in 2 months.
I am dropping my intake to 1800 calories per day, of which Fat will be 55%, Protein 35% and Carbs 10%.
I will be back training on Sunday; 1 hour Cardio in the morning and low weight high rep gym work in the evening.
By Thurs 14 Dec I want to be 85 kg.
If I can achieve the 85 kg, I will be down a total of -50kg in one calendar year and -75 kg in two calendar years.
