This is exactly what I do. One taco which a whole wheat shell and a second without a shell. No third one for me. If I do corn tortillas I might have two shells

@Kenna Morton, I just found out how low calorie corn tortillas are, I guess I should’ve figured. I have three because I used 99g of chicken. It’s funny that now it so hard to eat that much but before I had the baby, while I was weight training previously, I could eat maybe two servings of that. 😅

When you eat smaller portions on a routine basis your stomach is not stretched to max capacity so it becomes very uncomfortable to over eat.
