And here we go again. Weight goes down, then back up. Down/up, down/up. So sick of this, grrr! But anyway, I'm back yet again, and have signed up for a Holiday fitness challenge at work. It's really complicated so I won't go into that here, just talk about what I've done so far. There's an exercise component that involves ab work and arms, Tuesday I walked for 30 minutes & did the ab attack. I'm still feeling that. Yesterday I managed to get 6 servings of produce in (there's a small diet component), plus the arm work. I'm surprised I'm not feeling the arms. Meant to do more cardio last night but couldn't squeeze it in. Hopefully I'll repeat the cardio & ab work tonight, that's the plan anyway. And then there's the diet - definitely too many sweetie-treats today, so dinner needs to be LEAN. And I have no idea what,LOL!
