Great catch up with an old friend tonight. Over an all you can eat chinese buffet.....still I went for the healthy options amd meticulously logged it all. Luckily it's one of those where you choose your raw ingredients and they cook it up for you, and he is such a good friend he can cope with me weighing everything! Feel like I have eaten my body weight but I have been budgeting the calories all week in advance and surprisingly still managed it within my RDI! And it was very enjoyable 😊😊😊😊
