I'm SO EXCITED to weigh less than 200#! Hoping it happens in a few days! I REALLY want to cheat (there's pumpkin pie and pita chips in my house) but I haven't cheated since I started 5 weeks ago and I refuse to risk derailing my progress until I'm well under 200#. I REALLY want Diet Coke, too, but I'm gonna wait. One thing that really helps me not cheat is looking at before and after weight loss pics online. Thank God I wear scrubs at work because nothing fits me (my clothes look weird because they're so baggy now) but I don't want to buy new clothes yet. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
