I don’t like it by itself, but in a mix with peanuts and chocolate I can’t stop eating it!

I’m weird. I like it but know I’m in the minority. There was a “news” piece about the ten most hated Halloween candies. I liked most of them. Malted milk balls, black licorice, tootsie rolls. 

I loooooove candy corn! And tootsie rolls, especially the fruit flavored ones lol. Oh, and the occasional Bit-O-Honey. But those are definitely the only most hated Halloween candies I like. Smarties and chocolate by Palmers can kiss my a$$. 

Always have hated it..  

Oh man. I wish I hated it! I really do. I even love to eat them little waxy pumpkins and corn shapes and cats... they’re buttercream candy and a big temptation for me this time of year 

I have seen when people melt them and make other stuff with them.. I might try those creations. 🍬 🌽  

I would like to try it. I wish Australia would adopt Halloween more. looks like tonnes I f fun 

I LOVE candy corn! Can't have it in the house...I can eat a bag a day.

I can't say I love it, but I wouldn't say I dislike it, either. I don't eat it anymore though.  

Oh! I forgot about it mixed with peanuts! Yes! That's delicious!  

Love it. and all other Halloween candies, too! But, today, I'm turning my nose up at it and being a treat-snob. I'm just one week in and I'm not about to blow it for some cheap sugar thrill. 

I like it - but I have to look at it like this...there are 150 calories and 39g of carbs in one serving of candy corn (19 pieces or 28g) 0 fat and 0 protein. this means I would have to forgo all carbs in the meal closest to eating these plus it is all sugar so it is a fast blood sugar rise (me feeling terrible) and a fast crash (me feeling worse). It isn't that I can't have it - it is just not worth all the hassle it will cause. 

Never have liked it. 

Hummmm, it seems candy corn is a bit like kale. People either hate it, love it, or can only tolerate it if mixed with something 100% better. I pretty much agree with Rosio's statement, "give all me your chocolate!" But if instead of her, you give ME your chocolate no one will get hurt and I'll give you all my candy corn. 

Tahoebrun - If the taste of candy corn doesn't scare us away, those statistics you quoted about candy corn certainly should keep us running in the other direction. Yikes!
