Hey , this one is bought from woolies for R29, but I made my own yesterday and all you need to do is put it into the food processor or blender and pulse 💛🌸

If you don't have a food processor, you can always grate it, that also works!

Hmmm... I don't have a food processor... But I'll definitely do the grating like Ieksie suggested. And I boil it with salt and for how many mins??

When I make cauli-rice I fry it in a really hot pan until almost cooked (so it still has some bite). I personally don't use liquids, just a bit of oil, and season as I go. Move it around a lot as you cook so it doesn't burn or start steaming. Boiling it, or adding liquids, can make it mushy in an unappealing way.

Hahahaha...I love food too! My husband and daughter are vegan so I'm loving trying new dishes. It feels like I'm on a cuisine adventure of note :))
