Day 46- 1.39/20 min. My husband has been awesome, he has been giving me some great feed back and encouragement. He says that he can see a difference in my body and I can tell he is being genuine and means it. I can too, so it is exciting/motivating to start to see the changes myself.And I can't believe I'm going to say this but I really look forward to my weight lifting days, especially my lower body and lunges and squats! unbelievable because 46 days ago I was cursing them and felt like exercise was a burden! Now I want to see how much more weight I can tolerate, I made lunges my bitch! I find myself actively seeking out more challenging exercises to improve my routine, it is like I'm a new person or I've found the person I always new I had inside of me, pat on the back:)
