I make a killer pumpkin flan instead of the usual pumpkin pie. Can't get away from my heritage. With my husband's Italian ancestry, we usually do veal chops. What a crazy mixed up Thanksgiving!

When I was young (a zillion years ago) my mean cousin told me that pumpkin pie was made from baby 💩. Still can't eat it because of what she said. But joke's on her because look at all the carbs and calories she saved me from for all these years. Too bad she didn't have nasty descriptions for chocolate and cheesecake. if she had, I'd have been skinny instead of plump. 🤣
