OMg I just typed up my entire journal and it was deleted, so I'm just going to condense it:
Diet has been great, finding that Belly Fat Cure is easy, low carb plan for me to stick to without feeling deprived.
P90X week 1 is in the books and I get my first rest day today. Overall, I really like it although I hate working out for an hour a day. I'm hoping eventually it'll become a habit and I won't dread that part as much.
