Got discouraged over the weekend, nothing lost after a week of disciplined eating. Need to regroup.
I am doing all the right things, eating right and exercising at least 5 times a week but the weight is not dropping. I’m breastfeeding and read somewhere that it might be that my hormones aren’t settled and I might not lose while still breastfeeding, anyone who has struggled with this?
