Been having some head aches lately and craving a little more sweets than usual. I'm concerned that I may be getting head aches from low blood sugar. Today I was able to eat 5 carbs worth of M&M's and it seems to have curbed my head ache. I also have been doing poorly at drinking water throughout the day and not just with dinner. I'm headed to the optometrist soon and I hope glasses will help too. Just fighting the combo and trying not to fall into the old situation of having migraines every day. Being gluten free for the last 5 years has really seemed to help but they seem to be increasing in regularity as of recently.

Your headaches may be from low electrolytes. Try some salty broth or bouillon a couple of times a day, especially if you are eating low carb.
