I am really really proud of myself today. The South Beach Diet can be hard enough, especially phase 1, but to stick with it even though I went to a dinner after my grandmother's wake and a reception after her funeral to me that's incredible. I really really want to lose this weight and I think this is a great start. I am doing this with my fiance although he's in London, that's where he lives, and I am in Massachusetts, that's where I live, I just don't want to let him down. I really want to look incredible in my bikini this summer and more importantly I am doing this so I look incredible in my wedding dress as soon as his visa gets approved. Yes, my life right now is just A LITTLE stressful!!!

well keep up the good work. It is hard to stick with phase 1 of the diet but you can do it. I know what you are going through with the stress I am getting married in December and I am still trying to lose that last couple pounds I need to. Just don't give up.

Thanks for ur supportive comment! I am sure you'll lose the last couple of pounds you need to. Are you on phase one right now or have you moved on to phase 2 or 3?

btw: I went through the whole moving and getting married a few years ago...it can be very stressful huh? My hubby and I were a long distance romance couple too, until we got married. ANYWAY..I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone...isn't it great knowing you have the support of so many people who can relate?

Your doing great, look at what you have already lost, just dont stress eat during the wedding planning process, lol. Oh and be careful with all those tastings they can be dangerous, lol!!
