Phew! Mammogram results have just arrived and are 100% normal. Maybe I can relax again now and stop swallowing air etc etc. Dont know why I get myself so worked up and anxious ... it affects everything, i get really tense and that makes my shoulders, neck, arms & back hurt. plus I get nervous wind and even palpitations! Horrible ... And all because of waiting for a routine test result which I know is probably going to be fine anyway!!
