I feel pretty good about my weekend. I know Saturday I loaded up on too many carbs, but I feel like overall I did okay. I did workouts both days so that's a plus. I could have done more activity though both days, but I had a massive headache and just getting the workouts in was hard enough. Excuses, excuses I know.
Tonight is my son's first soccer game. The next 6 weeks will be busy with soccer and volleyball games, so we're going to try to be strong and not eat out after the games. I'm trying to either prepare meals ahead or buy easy things to make after the games, so we're not tempted to get fast food. I'm just so happy that my kids are wanting to be involved in sports and be active.
Well, it is Monday so I should get to work I guess.
