The conference I went to yesterday had a lot of food and candy on the tables, so I failed miserably with my eating. I actually didn't do too bad for lunch, but ate to much during the day. This morning I woke up feeling nauseated, wonder why, and thought how silly it was to eat so much. I was up at 4 a.m. yesterday and didn't get home until 8 p.m., long day, and I didn't get up this morning for my workout. I'm so beat today that I don't know that I'll get a workout in. I'm going to eat better today and hopefully get back to my routine fully tomorrow. No work tomorrow except one meeting for maybe an hour. Starting the weekend early will be nice, but I still have to get through today. ZZZZZZZZ........
