I acknowledge i's all on me, just more temptations this time of year. I think most believe this way.

Plus how much can you really over eat at one party? For someone to gain 10# over that short time amazes me. That’s 35000 extra calories! That being said I plan to gain 3-4# over the next week or so lol. Some will be water though.

I held back for every holiday just so I could do as I liked on my birthday and Christmas! I ate fun sized candy for Halloween and Easter and not a lot of them. I’ve wanted cookies and things but knew if I didn’t have them at that time then I could have fudge at Christmas. 100-120 kcal per tiny piece 😳. Wanna take bets on how many pieces I eat?? Hell I may skip the meal this year and dive straight into the desserts! I also plan junky foods for my household Christmas and New Years too! So it may be closer to that 10# than 3-4 lol. But I’m gonna enjoy it! May not even take my scale! But I’ll log because I’m obsessive like that haha. Bet I gain more than you because you’ll be burning it all off on your mountain. Ohhhh it’s so close now!  

I won't be hiting choc but will want to try all the seafood I can. Also want to eat my bodyweight in noodles hahahahahaha. 

I can not say no to any thing that is in the sea !but I can easily have nothing to do with choc! so my xmas will be easy 🎅💕 

Just get trays and trays of shrimp 🦐 can't go wrong..

Peeper I have made so much fudge for my partner lately, she is doing Xmas at her house and my fudge has been a huge hit. You don't get to 130kg without knowing how to make award winning fudge hahaha

Keith hun when did you say you were visiting the states? If you are ever in the area I’ll grab all the ingredients you’ll need and you can make me fudge! I’ll make you a nice steak in exchange and maybe you’ll find steak as a nice change from tuna and chicken 😳🤪. Lol I’ll probably do boxed fudge.

Only the ones people make out of mole hills!! (Making mountains out of mole hills is a saying here) I have a gaming friend in South Africa that keeps saying she’s going to come stay for a week so our same age girls can play, she can eat my cooking and she can teach me all sorts of bad words in Afrikaans lol.
