Okay guys...I know that I rarely post much less twice in one day but I walked two blocks today...I haven't walked that far in probably 2 years!! My daughter said that if I want to do it again she'll go with me! I don't know that I will be able to tomorrow...I'm pretty sore lol and I definitely needed the inhaler lol but maybe Saturday? I am super excited! Of course it wasn't far enough for me to get the Pokestop near our house but I only needed to walk about a block farther so...I know it isn't much but after not being able to for so long...it's kind of awesome. Of course usually when I start feeling this good I fall down the stairs or get Bronchitis and end up being hospitalized but...I will walk whenever I can for as long as can! I take what I can get people!!!

that's the way to do it! baby steps. keep it up! walking is one of the best ways to get in a good work out routine, just don't over due it and make sure you have comfy shoes!
