Well today I was able to run! My knee had a slight twinge when I started, but it went away quickly. I managed to get in 2.5 miles, so I'm pretty happy! I didn't lose any weight, but I didn't gain, either - even after having dinner with my daughter. I thought it would be Chinese, but she decided on Cane's chicken instead. Oh well. Hopefully the weight will still be down tomorrow, no weekend weight gain please!
