Lost just under 20kg in 6 months good loss expected to lose it faster 5.1kg short of original goal but planed to reach by 29th October retired last Christmas so without work it was harder now my goal is another 10.3kg so target is half the amount as I have already lost and I am giving myself another 6 months so I’m hopeful of reaching it this time

Both but with arthritis I limit to walking but due to weather not lately just calorie control at moment and minor exercise equipment bought on eBay to burn chest fat

I'm definitely finding it harder now I'm slimmer. don't worry about putting a time on things, but goals are good!

How Many calories per day you are having... I find exercise very difficult :(..

I’m not really having enough normally I have between 800-900 sometimes less but had 980 yesterday originally my goal was 1200 used to eat a lot of fruit but don’t have any snacks anymore

I’m not doing anything special you need to eat healthy and change what you eat to something you can carry on doing when the diet finishes and I have strong self control anyway and as rosio19 states eat less calories and you will lose weight she has a lot of common sense things she says that I think will help you
