I'm 57 years and along with the struggle to lose weight I also have Graves Disease for the past two years my thyroid medicine has been either increases or decreased. It affects my weight up and down all the time. i have to keep three sizes of clothes all the time. I struggle everyday with being tired and the graves causes alot of that. I will continue to try. It is also hard because my husband and I drive a truck and activity is hard when you have driven for 11 hours but have had to put in a 15 hour day.
