Made corned beef and cabbage new years eve... a family tradition that swears good luck in the new year. But no one else ate it. This is the last of the brisket with all the fat trimmed away and sliced for a sandwhich. Horseradish mustard and bread.

Oh yum! Why didn't they eat it? They don't want good luck? I accidentally bought a can of black-eyed peas by mistake a few months back, and i meant to eat them for luck yesterday, but i don't like them!

I love corned beef with lots of mustard. Too salty to eat too often but I like it.
