Went to eat with a friend. We split appetizer and burger with sweet potato fries. Good splitting plenty of food just not how I’m used to eating. Won’t call it a cheat day but rather just finished eating for the day. I hate when restaurants don’t have the calories though. Then I have to guesstimate. I usually guess on the high end. Only one problem...lunch tomorrow with mom, aunt, and cousin. Hope I can be as successful.
