Well no more weight loss to report, which I'm ok with. 3 lbs in one week is good and I'm happy w/that. Upping my exercise program this week and my water intake. This is week 4 for my new eating habit and a grand total of 14 lbs loss - very very happy w/that! Would really like to hit the 15 lb mark by the end of this 4th week.
