I was wondering if that was some kind of new technique. ;-)

Oh yum that looks delicious! 😋
Quick question, Is there a reason why you eat fat free or don’t add fat in your cooking?

Trying to eat less processed fats wherever possible. When I was 96kgs I had high cholesterol. I try stick to wholefoods with fat in it (raw almonds, avos, fresh coconut) as opposed to anything that has been processed in any way. I’m not a dietician or nutritionist, but this has helped! I can’t seem to cut the wine though! 🍷

Well that makes sense 😊🙌 I think I need to cut fat in my cooking by at least half. I do use healthier oils that withstand very high temps so hopefully it’s ok. But I do stay away from trans fat as much as possible. Maybe don’t swop the full fat yoghurts or any full fat dairy for the fat free versions. Unfortunately the fat free versions are highly processed and have added sugar and apparently you only really saving 10 calories per serving. The fats also prevent insulin spikes where as the Zero fat will spike insulin. 🌷But keep cooking the way you do! Your food looks amazing
