A couple weeks and we have the SUPER BOWl!!! Ok so I'm in Kansas City with some of the worst local options for good for you food. I LOVE BBQ but KC style it is loaded with sugar. Now this weekend with the playoffs my local friends are posting on facebook the it's awful that the stores have run out of Velveeta cheese. My answer make that rotel tomato and cheese dip with actual cheese it is so much better. They are skeptical that you can make it with real cheese.

What are you making for Super Bowl Sunday? I have to work the next day so will probably be home as I will be today. Today I'm making some yummy stuffed mushrooms to eat during the game. Course our Chiefs are playing so won't miss it. If they make it to the super bowl my go to will be a buffalo wing dip for our pre-game food day. I think keto friendly.

Just turned on the TV I forgot there is another game the Rams and the Saints LOL. It's pretty close at the moment 17-20

OK so who is going to win in this OT the Rams or Saints? Flipping between this game and the pre-game for the Chiefs. Hoping to catch a shot of the stealth bombers if they are flying today, they usually go over my house if they are doing pre-game for the Chiefs or Royals.

Haven't planned Superbowl food yet but for the playoffs yesterday I made a 'Mexican style lasagna' substituting zucchini for pasta and it was surprisingly good. Also made jalapeno poppers. Thinking about a zucchini ravioli soon; it may be for the SB.

Superbowl at a friends. I will do wings and checking out some other keto recipes that I have. Need to make sure I have all my options covered :)
