Can you drink too much water? I have constantly been feeling thirsty, so I have been keeping a 16 oz bottle of water close by me at all times. I know that today alone i have drank about 7 maybe more of these bottles so far. I've also been noticing I have had a nonstop headache for the past two days. Any opinions?
