225 lbs, back again after hiding out for a while. I was up to 230 lbs right after Christmas. Thank you Brenda for encouragement to get back to business here! I've started logging food again. Things I need to do: Plan my food according to my calorie and nutrient targets, log it in without exception, stick to the plan. Now to just do it.
