Waisted a month being stupid with bad food should catch up in a week but can’t mess about anymore still got my target of 80kg by may other targets didn’t mean anything should still reach it

Oh no, I'd seen those comments on other people's journals. I was sorta trying to stick up for them lol. No one should be made to feel bad by others or shamed for eating something.

I kept to my diet right through new year for me it was afterwards but I got to admit I was surprised when I thought you let these people get to you
