Just checked my by BMI it says 28.2 which as I have about 10kg to lose still sounds about right
May lose I’ll see when I get there

my BMI says I should be 9st 7lb. I can't imagine being that weight.

My BMI would be 12.7 stone just to be in right area I will revisit when I get there when I get to 78kg which is my goal I don’t think I will want to lose anymore to be honest I was fat at school and weight got out of control about 20 years ago So my judgement is of how I should look is not very good

No I don’t my aim is 1200 but don’t snack and have 3 meals spaced out evenly have porridge for breakfast every day minor cholesterol problem various what I have for lunch today half a frozen pizza to use it up and chicken dinner between 4-6pm don’t feel hungry for rest of day if I do I can have another porridge still be within my goal but haven’t needed it for long time
