When you deprive a body than you fuel it reacts. Our body is consistently being maintained on a moderate deficit, maintance and on small surplus. So because the changes are not extreme our weight also does not change weight to extremes.

Not really cold, but I did not bring my bike, yesterday we walked a lot, but not enough to burn the surplus haha . I am going to exercise today, I brought my dumbbells with me. 🏋️♀️
