The first photo was taken on November 7, the second one today. the same weight. On November 8th my weight was 100 lbs. But I feel that the skin of my tummy is less loose now,I know that the difference is very little but that still makes me happy😊, maybe you need a magnifying glass to see it, or maybe you can not see it, that is ok, just don't lie to me. 😀

Well, the month of October, November and December I spent most of the time trying really hard to maintain my weight, one week with a calorie surplus, the next one with a calorie deficit, and so on. Last month I started officially my maintenance. I have been really lazy with this weather, but I still have been exercising at least 30 minutes 3-5 days a week. I am doing full body workouts. I use one app ,it's is called "30 days fitness challenge " I love it .

For most of us this belly fat is it hard to lose , but it is not impossible, I also have children and a C-section. I bet I am finally losing it because don't longer have a very high body fat percentage.

I do plank, crunches, etc. The exercise app name is "30 Days Fitness Challenge " I don't have a special diet, I eat pretty much everything I like, I eat too much sweets probably 🙊, but I count my calories religiously.
