Since you know what is coming, you get to plan ahead! My advice is to have 2 healthy choices on you (a sweet and a salty) so that no matter what choices you are presented with, you can always HAVE a choice. Most important, enjoy yourself!

Yes, pack some good choices to have ON you. If there is something you really want to have there, just look it up in your Food Diary first, and then decide how MUCH you can have and still stay within your macros. You can do this, DrSue!

Argh... Convention and meeting food! It was the mid morning and afternoon break snacks that always tested me... Cookies and ice cream and candies! They knew we needed the sugar to stay awake but the crashes were brutal. Yep, pack some pecans and string cheese. You got this.

Just because you’re traveling doesn’t mean you have to eat out. Find a local supermarket and by some groceries there. See if you can get a room with a refrigerator and a microwave to prepare meals in your room. Whole Foods has a salad bar which is pretty good.

I travel alot for work and have learned I just have to keep my eyes on what works for me - and I bring a lot of sutff - almonds, meat bars, protein powder, etc.
