Okay guys...the scale stayed down! I didn't really believe yesterdays weight of 290.4 because it was a huge drop...over 4 pounds but...I'm down again today! Maybe I actually DO weigh 290.2!!! I am so excited! After I am done here I am going to enter in a new goal of 280. I want to be less than I was supposed to be at my 3/1/19 appointment with the surgeon!! Won't they be surprised!! I know that my doctor is going to fall over when I see him next week! It is going to be amazing! I might even get a hug guys! He has been so supportive of me...I feel like I can tell him almost anything! He has pulled a million different things out of his hat for me to try. And it all started with "If you think you're hungry, try drinking instead!" He has come up with so many little habits that I didn't even know that I had and he's helped me break so many of them! I am so happy guys! Thank you again to all of you for all the support you've given me!

It's so nice to hear that you have such an awesome doctor. One of my motivations is also surprising my doctor, I know she'll be so proud! I have about the same stats as you. I'm only 23, most of my weight was gained gradually since childhood, but this past year my PCOS has worsened and I gained an extra 60 pounds in a few months with no change in my diet. I was shocked a couple weeks ago that I was over the 300 mark. My first goal is to get to that 299. I'm just too young to allow this to continue any longer, I need my quality of life back. It's awesome to see another lady on here around my size being successful, I'm very inspired by you and I'll be following along. GOOD JOB! You got this!
