Food Diary for November 2nd: Breakfast: Delicious berry smoothie with added spinach Snack: Almonds Lunch: Turkey Sausage and spicy mustard Snack: Raisins with no added sugar Dinner: Pork chops, steamed cauliflower, and sweet potato chips (SO GOOD! Peel a large sweet potato, slice into thin chips, season with pepper/garlic/whatever you want, and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes). Dessert: Peppermint Tea
I'm trying to hold myself together for the next three days. We're visiting family in California and traveling while watching your intake is so difficult. Especially when you're not particularly close with the family you're visiting, and they don't really understand why I'm choosing to eat how I do. I really don't feel like explaining myself. I just need to remember to focus on my goals and my own health, and if I fall, get back up again!
