Look up Dr Phinney and ketosis on youtube. He provides a simple and complete description of what your measuring and how it relates to the ketogenic diet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1IEuhp8RFMU At 0.6 you are in 'low carb diet' stage of ketosis. You can be at 0.1 after eating a bagel and having OJ for breakfast (I think is the example he uses) and then he continues to describe the levels of ketones and the readings from small, safe, to the higher closer to 10 levels and kept-acid-osis. A good review for anyone who wants to hear someone who has written about this diet for decades.
