Gonna start journaling regularly! Had a bad food day on Sunday, but yesterday was much better & feeling good again today. Hoping if I write about it here, it will help keep me on track. Playing tennis this morning & getting an overdue haircut this afternoon. Finally have power again (as of Sun evening) & cable (as of yesterday), so life post Hurricane Sandy is getting back to normal.
