Well here we are again. You’ve been doing the BD plan for two weeks now. How do you feel? Drained. I’m so tired. On the other hand the workout is kind of fun. Plus my rep weights are close to what my max weights were. 240 for leg press. Vert leg press up to 200. All for sets of 12-15! Boom!
So how does that translate emotionally? I think I’m starting to get in a better place? I feel like I’m becoming as strong as the person I lean on for strength, I don’t find myself asking myself “what would she do? More of what will I do?
How’s the weight battle? I still have moments of wanting to punish myself for what the scale says but I’ve actually gone through with the punishment less. So, yay!
Overall? I’m liking where I’m headed. Let’s keep pushing. I love you. 😘

Aww thank you Chris🥰! I’ll make sure I keep that in mind. BD is a workout plan I put together, stands for Broke Dick. It’s something we used to call people who were hurt, not seriously injured, while I was in service.
