its official..i gained 2 kilos im now 57.6 its been very hard to find time to work out with my new job..working 10 am to 830pm three days a week and the rest..10 to 4 pm..one day of sunday that it..dont have enough time for basic jousework duties..shopping.. cooking cleaning..washing..i try waking up early to do some exercise..at least i walk to work 45 min every day minimum..i crave at night my carbs..try to eat healthy carbs..whole weat rusk ,whole grain bread and maybe an apple with honey..sweat cravings honey with whole weat biscuits..this is doing the damage ..im good all day,have my salad at lunch and when it gets 9pm i need to crunch on something..and the wine..need it to relax..i dont mind staying this weight just not gaining any more ..going to try to loose at least 1 kilo..try to stay under 57...
