I'm having a great time with this keto diet. Learning many new recipes as the days go by. I slowed down on the weight loss for a few weeks but I kept with it and then, Bam, I started to lose again. I started eating twice a day then gradually went to intermittent fasting. This will help me with my insulin resistance and I feel great! The group I'm in has been a blessing. So much support and so many ideas have come from my participation in keto recipes for beginners. Here is my 20 lbs lost celebratory pizza! Oh man it was good!
