Ok I've decided I really need to eat more calories a day. I looked back at the last few weeks of journal entries and I'm lucky if I made it to 1000 cals...that is just not enough...I know my body was in starvation mode...I wasn't losing weight like I should've been. The last couple of weeks I haven't been counting calories and have been eating what I consider to be normal (still watching what I ate, but having some fatty food too) and I lost weight. I wasn't even working out. So my common sense tells me that I need to continue with this plan, accept that I may only lose a pound a week and be happy that I"m not depriving myself of the food I enjoy. This time losing weight has been really, really slow but I"m hoping that it will be gone for good!!!
Oh yeah one more great thing...even though I haven't jogged in a couple of weeks I was still able to do 1/2 mile jogging at 5.5 on the treadmill...even did a 1/4 mile at 6.1...that is running folks...look at me building stamina :)
