I know I said I wasn't going to weigh myself until the end of bootcamp but I had such a crappy week in terms of eating and just in general that I had to put my mind at ease. It may not be a proper loss but I've stayed consistent at least!!!!! 😊 Had an emotional day yesterday full of tears and working out today has made me feel so much better - still a bit emotionally drained though 😪
