The challenge is on. I joined WW at work a week ago and am heading into my first weigh in tomorrow. I spent extra time working out today thinking that maybe it would help the result tomorrow...but really I need to think about the fact that the harder I push myself, the closer I will come to my final goal. It took WW coming to my workplace for me to finally give in and join.
This is a change of lifestyle for me. I can never go back to eating the way I did.
