No cast as of the 19th! Yay! Back in the gym with both arms at my disposal. The wrist has been sore but manageable. Incorporating 30 mins of cardio every few days. My earring has not been as strict so I’ve gained a few pounds and a small amount of fluff. Working on a 6 day split workout schedule. It’s about 8 weeks out until summer and I’m going to try and make them count. I will try harder to actually hit my 120 goal before July at the latest.
